What we collect

If you fill out a form on this site (partner inquiry, press, fund disclosure access, Field Notes subscription, Lucy chat) we collect the data you provide: name, email, organisation, message. We collect basic, anonymised request analytics — page views, referrer, country — through a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not set cookies and does not track individuals across the web.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, deliver subscriptions, run the products you've used (Lucy stores your conversation locally in your own browser), and understand which pages are useful. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

The site infrastructure (Netlify, our hosting partner) and, for Lucy, the model provider that powers her responses. Form submissions sit with HSV staff. We do not sell data. We do not share lists with marketing partners.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@himalayansiliconvalley.com from the address you gave us and we'll respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site uses no marketing cookies. The Lucy chat stores your conversation in your own browser's local storage so you can come back to it; clear your storage or use the clear button on the page to wipe it.
