About Himalayan Silicon Valley.
Himalayan Silicon Valley (HSV) is the AI and technology arm of The Promised Group, a thirty-year institutional group across South Asia. The company builds compute, AI products and a trained AI workforce out of Nepal, with capital deployed from five financial centres: the United States, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and London. Active programmes include Buddha AI and the Lumbini Platform, contracted by the Lumbini Development Trust; Kishan AI, an open-source agriculture model deployed with around forty governments across Nepal and India; and the National Carbon Platform, built with Nepal's Ministry of Environment. HSV was incorporated on 12 December at a World Peace Program in Lumbini.

Nikesh Adhikari, Chairperson.
Nikesh Adhikari is the founder and Chairperson of Himalayan Silicon Valley and chairs The Promised Group, the thirty-year institutional group from which HSV was incorporated. He convened the first Summit on AI and Consciousness at the World Peace Program in Lumbini in December. He works between Lumbini, Kathmandu and the firm's five capital centres.
