Partnership

Four ways to build with us.

Whether you're someone looking for real work, a team with an idea worth backing, an investor watching the next decade come into focus, or a builder ready to put steel in the ground — there's a door here for you. Walk through whichever one fits.

Who we work with

We don't show up alone.

HSV is the AI and technology arm of The Promised Group. That means we walk into every conversation with thirty years of relationships behind us — with sovereign governments, multilateral agencies, the world's biggest tech companies, and the people who actually build things in this part of the world. When you partner with us, you're not starting from zero. You're stepping into a network that already knows who we are and how we work.

Two ways in

Two doors. Both lead to real work.

01 — Workforce

Come work with us.

If you're in Nepal, sharp, careful, and willing to learn — we'd like to meet you. We train annotators, reviewers, project coordinators, and operators into AI work that travels globally. You don't need a fancy degree. You need precision, patience, and the kind of mind that actually cares whether the work is done right. The pay is good. The work is real. And the people sitting next to you are some of the best in the country.

02 — Incubation

Bring an idea. We'll help you build it.

If you've got a thesis — in AI, data, climate, agriculture, anything — and you've been wondering how on earth you'd actually execute it on the ground in South Asia, this is for you. Bring us the idea. We'll bring the team, the local relationships, and the operating muscle to make it real. Most of our biggest projects started with a single email and a strong opinion.

Capital

Capital that knows where to go.

We deploy from five financial centres. Real money. Long horizons. Backing the kind of companies that don't fit neatly into a deck — frontier AI, deep infrastructure, and the projects that quietly change how things work in the parts of the world most funds don't bother to fly to.

AI & Deep Tech

Foundation models. Annotation platforms. AI tools and applied products that work in places people don't usually expect them to. If you're building something here, talk to us.

Digital Infrastructure

Compute centres. Connectivity. The platforms and physical layers that the AI economy actually runs on. Less glamorous than the headlines, and a lot more important in the long run.

Social & Climate Tech

Climate action, carbon markets, agriculture, and social infrastructure — especially across South Asia. The work that doesn't always make the front page, but matters more in ten years than most things that do.

Infrastructure

Build the stack. Own a piece of it.

Nepal has things you can't engineer in Silicon Valley — hydropower running off snowmelt, sun on the foothills, and a position in South Asia nobody else holds. We're building the physical layer the AI economy will run on. If you've been waiting for the right moment to own a piece of something foundational, this is it.

GPU Compute

AI Compute Centre

The first GPU cluster in Nepal built for serious work — H100s, A100s, L40S, RTX 6000s. Training, fine-tuning, inference, research. Open to regional partners and global AI companies. Real human operators on the floor, not a hands-off colo.

Solar

Solar Energy

Some of the highest solar irradiance in Asia falls on these foothills. We're co-developing installations that power our compute directly — clean energy feeding clean AI. Partnerships open at the project level.

Hydro

Hydropower

Nepal has more than 40,000 MW of viable hydropower sitting in its rivers. Through The Promised Group's energy arm, we're tying that generation directly into our compute operations. Stable, clean, sovereign — a stack that doesn't exist anywhere else on earth.

Send us a note. See where it leads.

However you want to work with us — joining the team, building something together, putting capital to work, or laying down infrastructure — it starts here. We read everything that lands in our inbox. We reply quickly. And we'll be honest about whether there's a fit.
