Fund disclosure

What we are, on the record.

A standing reference for limited partners, institutional counterparties and the legal teams doing diligence on HSV. Boilerplate facts here; specifics on request, under NDA, to qualified counterparties.

Structure

Legal structure.

Himalayan Silicon Valley is the AI and technology operating arm of The Promised Group, a thirty-year institutional group across South Asia. Capital is deployed and committed through vehicles in five financial centres: the United States, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and London. Each vehicle holds its own jurisdictional structure, governing documents and counsel of record. Group-level coordination sits with the Chairperson and the Managing Director.

Capital position

Five centres.

United States
Investment vehicle. Vehicle for North American institutional capital and US-side commercial relationships. Specific structure available on request to qualified counterparties.
Hong Kong
Investment vehicle. Vehicle for Greater China and broader Asia institutional capital. Specific structure available on request to qualified counterparties.
China (mainland)
Operating relationships. Onshore relationships and counterparties. Specific structure available on request to qualified counterparties.
Singapore
Investment vehicle. Vehicle for Southeast Asian and family-office capital. Specific structure available on request to qualified counterparties.
London
Investment vehicle. Vehicle for UK and European institutional capital. Specific structure available on request to qualified counterparties.

Where specifics are not on this page, that is deliberate. They are available under NDA to qualified counterparties and not before.

Regulatory

Regulatory posture.

Nepal compliance

HSV is registered and operating in Nepal under domestic company and foreign-investment regulations, with local counsel of record. Group entities maintain standing with the Office of the Company Registrar and the Department of Industry, and engage with the Nepal Rastra Bank on capital flows where applicable.

FATCA and CRS

Group vehicles in scope are FATCA-registered where applicable and reportable under the Common Reporting Standard in their respective jurisdictions. Tax counsel of record in each centre.

MiCA-relevant disclosures

For activity in EU/EEA jurisdictions where the Markets in Crypto-Assets framework applies, the relevant group vehicle maintains posture consistent with MiCA disclosure and conduct standards. Specifics on request.

AML and KYC

Standard institutional KYC, source-of-funds and beneficial-owner checks across all five vehicles, aligned to FATF guidance and the local AML regime in each centre.

Diligence

How to request access.

Qualified institutional counterparties — limited partners, sovereigns, multilaterals and institutional co-investors — can request data-room access at fund@himalayansiliconvalley.com. Identify the institution, the vehicle of interest, and the diligence stage. NDA is a precondition; access is granted on a per-vehicle basis.
